Our Story
Six years ago, we fired up our first Ooni oven in the backyard, and that's where the story of PhatCat Pizza began. What started as a hobby quickly became an obsession with mastering the art of authentic Neapolitan pizza. We spent countless hours perfecting our dough recipe, sourcing the finest ingredients, and sharing fresh pizzas with family, friends, and neighbors. With every pizza we served, our passion for bringing people together grew stronger.
Today, that same passion drives our onsite Neapolitan-style pizza catering, bringing an authentic Neapolitan pizza experience directly to weddings, corporate events, private parties, birthdays, and celebrations of every kind. To provide complete peace of mind, every catering reservation includes a detailed booking contract outlining the services, menu selections, timeline, and event details. This ensures everyone is on the same page, allowing you to relax and enjoy your special occasion with confidence.

Day of Event
Your PhatCat Pizza experience begins one hour before your scheduled serving time. This allows our team plenty of time to set up, prepare fresh, handcrafted pizzas, and ensure everything is ready before your guests arrive.
Your package includes two consecutive hours of pizza service, giving you the flexibility to choose the timeframe that works best for your event. During this time, our team will cook and serve delicious, made-to-order pizzas, keeping your guests happy and well-fed.
For a smooth setup and service, we require a 10' x 10' level space for our pizza station. This gives our team enough room to safely prepare, cook, and serve your guests while maintaining an efficient workflow.
Once your two-hour service concludes, we'll handle the breakdown and cleanup, leaving your space just as we found it so you can relax and continue enjoying your event without the hassle.

Booking
At PhatCat Pizza, great pizza can't be rushed. Every batch of our signature dough is slow-fermented for 48 hours, creating the light, airy crust and rich flavor that make our pizzas unforgettable.
Because each event requires careful planning, fresh ingredient preparation, and our signature fermentation process, we ask that all bookings be made at least one week in advance. This ensures we have everything perfectly prepared to deliver the exceptional PhatCat Pizza experience you and your guests deserve.
Reserve your date early, and we'll take care of the rest, serving fresh, handcrafted pizzas that are made with care and baked to perfection right at your event.
Fully Insured and Certified
Your peace of mind is just as important to us as serving exceptional food. At PhatCat Pizza, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and food handling practices so you can book your event with complete confidence.
We are fully insured and certified in food safety through Los Angeles County ServSafe, ensuring that every event is handled with care and in compliance with industry standards. Upon request, we are happy to provide proof of insurance and current food safety certification.
